Return Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll confirm eligibility and share pickup/return instructions
3. Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom print orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.
